I’m a clinical hypnotherapist and licensed Rapid Transformational Therapist. I’ve been working with clients since 2016 and I combine hypnosis and transformational coaching in my programs that bring my clients’ powerful fast results.

Hypnosis is a state of relaxed focus, it is a natural state, which in hypnotherapy session is created intentionally by following systematic methods. Hypnosis can help you to stop struggling with the issues that make you unhappy and unwell preventing you to be healthy, whole and achieve what you truly want.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique used to create change on the subconscious level, allowing new behaviors, thoughts, attitudes, feelings, and habits to be formed in positive ways.

Hypnotherapy impacts your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is the autopilot, it leads you and your habits, behaviors and feelings 95%. It is a process that enables and allows new patterns of behavior, thinking and feeling rapidly as we work with the unconscious mind.

Its uses include motivation, success and confidence issues, pain control, infertility, birth, insomnia, anxiety, depression, exams, addictions, public speaking, fears, phobias and other blocks and patterns.

What is it like to be in hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a normal and natural way of knowing your inner self and augmenting it with virtues like self-belief, you already know how it feels.

Each of us enters such a state at least twice a day - it’s the same pleasant, flow state when you fall asleep and wake up, are daydreaming or “zoned out” in your world.

Hypnosis is a state of concentration where you have heightened awareness and focus: present with yourself and open to messages about breaking the behavioral and emotional patterns, and habits and empowering yourself up to making changes that are limiting your health, success, happiness, or overall wellbeing now.
