Hello and welcome, my name is Jenni Glad.
Glad is my real name and I laugh a lot - I think joy is the purest way to cultivate the art of presence.

I am a professional coach, Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT), and a hypnotherapist. I specialize in holistic transformations, helping my clients to heal their emotional wounds and make powerful life changes from inside out.

I’m also writer working with two book projects and I am a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher and a Reiki Master, so I do energy work too. I like to call myself changemaker, as I am constantly on the move and I help my clients to transform their lives.

There must be a reason you stopped by, probably there’s something common we share...

Maybe you too want to live your life with less stress and feel more joy?

Maybe you want to be successful and build a life you really love and like - in your own terms?

Or maybe you are just curious and exploring, which is always a good reason.

When people ask me what I do for a living, I often tell them...

I help my clients become happier, feel lighter, hopeful and show them how they can start leading their life.

What it really means...

I help my clients make the changes they crave, find who they truly are and what they really want. I help them to remove the inner barriers: release those old unconscious blockages, create new better, healthy patterns and habits. My expertise and gift is to help people heal and make peace with the past so that they can get unstuck and accomplish their visions - and feel free to be who they truly are.

What I really, really want to say is

Every day I meet people who sacrifice their happiness and wellbeing satisfying to live the life, or do the work, they don’t really like.

Quite often they suffer from disorders like continuous stress, unhealthy habits, addictions, financial problems, achieving goals, weight, continuous illnesses, bad relationships, lack of energy… Many people are just doing what they think they should do and can't make the changes they crave or don't even really believe it would be possible. Often they have tried all kind of things but they still feel they play small and are standing in the way of their own happiness.

What is the one thing that you feel is getting in the way of what you want to do in the world?

There is a way to stop struggling and find clarity and new direction.

“When I finish this project, change the job or relationship, get the raise, or when the kids have grown up - then - I will start to live the life I want,” is what I often hear. Frankly, then rarely comes. Happiness, big dreams, and life journeys require growth, focus, and conscious action and positive expectations and clear goals. Please don’t satisfy less than you deserve!

Life is short, and in the end, it is very simple: let’s not waste it.

It's your choice if you choose to move on and allow your obstacles grow you personally and spiritually in your life path.

Why is this so important for me?

Because I have been there myself; I have lived unconsciously, suffered and lost my happy tracks. I know all about that cacophony and unclarity, longing and loneliness.

I grew up in the forests of Eastern Finland, lived half of my life in Helsinki and became a globetrotter in the meanwhile. I’ve been traveling all around the world, lived a short while in London, Holland, Bali and Germany - now I'm living in New York City with my dear husband.

I used to work for big international corporates being a busy business and IT woman. I managed global projects and created new kind of digital and mobile services for over 12 years. Even though I had got what I vaguely had desired, I slowly became unhappy. My work didn’t feel meaningful enough, I felt I was making money for the money and I wanted to make a difference in the world. The roar inside me got really loud and I craved for change; I was looking my true calling, peace, and balance.

I had to go through a lot, serious and dramatic and traumatic life lessons: severe accidents, burnout, NDE, I was numbing myself with work, busyness and addictions. I was looking the way out but I didn't know how and I didn't know someone could have helped me, so I kept going. Until at my rock bottom, after all my big fluffy dreams had crashed, I realized that I was responsible for my life and happiness. There were no one else to blame.

It was liberating for me to understand I could take healthy control of my path and that would be the key to my freedom.

To make it happen, I needed to burn my boats and I started the second part of this life at the age of 35. I'm grateful I got a new opportunity and was then able to find my real passions, happiness and wellbeing. I have shoveled a lot from my past “to get clean” and become free to fulfill my true potential.  I walk my talk; my work is my lifestyle. I also love to play, have a good laugh, cooking and enjoying amazing food, physical and spiritual exercises, movement, mountains and nature!

I have since formalized my methods and created a practice to help others achieve their desires and balance gently, lovingly and effectively. I work with people who are ready to make changes and follow their unique purpose, authenticity and creativity, so that they can make a difference and do what is important for them.
